Service Set-upDomain Email Setup for Mac Mail on Mac OS X Follow the steps below to set up Outlook Express. Open Mail  Click the Continue button  For Account type, select POP. In the Account Description field enter your domain email address. In the Full Name field, type your name as you would like it to be displayed on your outgoing mail messages. Type your full domain email address in the Email Address field. Click the Continue button.  In the Incoming Mail Server field, type mail.mailcovad.net or you may alternatively use your domain settings pop.yourdomain.com. Type your full domain email address in the Username field. Type your email password in the Password field. Click the Continue button.  Mail will now try to authenticate you to the Covad servers. In the Outgoing Mail Server field, type mail.covadmail.net or alternatively you may use your domain settings smtp.yourdomain.com or mail.yourdomain.com. Click the box to check Use Authentication. In the Username field type your full domain email address and type your password in the Password field. Click the Continue button. The next screen will show account summary information. Click the Continue button again.  Click the Done button and your domain email account will be added.  |
